The Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster is quite probably the most iconic of all the 1950s roadsters. While being photographed for an auction to be held by RM Sotheby’s, the choice was made to take it to a classic Swiss lakeside village to shoot in a setting which matched the timeless era of the car.
